All items in store take 2-7 business days to process. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.
Some items might be shipped from our international warehouses. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.
Depending on your preferences, you might have different shipping options, from within your country (faster shipping – higher price) or outside (slower shipping – better price).
United States: 5-30 business days
Canada, Europe: 10-35 business days
Australia, New Zeeland: 14-45 business days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 20-60 business days
Also, on all our orders we offer the Insured Shipping option, which will reduce the shipping time to 10-15 days if posted from outside your country.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and completed. If you ordered using Insured Shipping, you can also check the status of your order by visiting our Track Order Page.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer
Fanschest is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Fanschest will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and:
– The customer refuses to accept the package.
– No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Fanschest reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
