How long will delivery take

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Security is very important for us, that’s why we use Paypal as our payment processor. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay by card on the Paypal processing page.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Security is very important for us, that is why our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser.

This ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Websites that use SSL have a green padlock in the browser, before the URL and use the secure communication protocol “https”.

To add even more to the security of our customers, we chose Paypal as our payment processor.

In short, Online Shops don’t get more secure than Fanschest!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice on your email. Some invoices may go into the Spam folder. Please be sure to check your Spam folder and set it as not Spam.

I messed up my order! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t make any promises. If your order has already been shipped, take heart.
